The best were South- west, Delta, Alaska, and Spirit. Delta came first for on-time arrivals. Spirit was numero uno (and Alaska number two) for the fewest canceled flights. And Southwest came out on top for receiving the fewest consumer complaints. Overall complaints to the U.S. Transportation De- partment about refund prob- lems increased from 1,524 in 2019 to 83,305 in 2020.
