However, there are simple steps they could take to makeairtravel lessproblematic. First, passengers in need of extra time should not pre-board, but should instead enter the cabin last, at their own leisurely pace, without other passengers stomping on them. Similarly, passengers who need extra time or are wheelchair- bound should disembark last. Next, the cabin should be uniformly setat18degreesC(65degreesF)— so that it isn’t freezing in one part of the cabin and steaming hot in another.
